• Must be a good organizer, with a keen sense for multi-tasking and on-the-spot decision making. He/she must be very hands-on to problems whilst still maintaining the big picture and at the same time understand the necessity of proper records and procedures being upheld.
• The successful candidate is not necessarily a graduate but will have a proven record of safety, health and environment work from a medium or large sized company.
• Must possess a good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• The successful candidate has good negotiation skills, is analytical and a problem solver that thinks “out-of-the-box” with a strong bias in keeping activities simple and systemized. Experience in the use of MS Excel Spread Sheets is a definite advantage.
• Must be a team player.
• Key attributes include superior interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities with a high level of commitment, drive and creativity that will allow him/her to Communicate with staff on all levels of the company in a simple, clear and respectful manner.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
