TKYBI is proud of thier achievement on the Product xcellence Award 2006 (Category III) under Industry Excellence for its 3rd Generation Maintenance Free Battery. This achievement was presented to TKYBI's Director, Mr. Terrence Chow and General Manager, Mr. TK Chaw by the Minister of International Trade & Industry Malaysia, Dato' Seri Rafidah Aziz on 19th March 2007.

The 3rd Generation Maintenance Free Battery was awarded for the Product Excellence Award 2006 (Category III) based on the key criterias on its Produc Performance and Quality, Thecnological Content, Local Content, Socio Economic Impact and its product achievement and or recognition. The product is conformed to International Standard of ISO 9001:2000 and also met the quality assurance standard in its product design and features. Irrevocably, the company producing the product has been well recognized on its ISO 14001:2004 system and this has enhance the product towards the enviromental-friendly substances and widely acceptable by customers.

To add to its credit, TKYBI's past accolades also include the Selangor Industry Award 2005 for the Product Brand Excellence, Selangor Industry Award 2004 for the Innovative Product Excellence (MF Battery), Selangor Industry Award 2002 for Product Design Excellence (Flat Top Battery) and MITI Industry Award 2000 for Innovative Product Design Excellence (Flat Top Battery).
